Dancers will be performing Lantern Festival and Joyous Celebrations at the Richmond Hill Mayor's Chinese New Year Celebration 2011. Proceeds from the event will raise much-needed funds for the arts through the Mayor’s Endowment Fund for the Arts which will contribute to the arts in Richmond Hill.
